Planning an event requires very good organizational skills, lots of time and patience. We all want to have the perfect event but we do not know how to do it. An experienced planner can make your dreams come true, within a budget and on time. It is essential to have one, especially when considering an event abroad. It is not an easy task to find and liaise with suppliers in a place far away from home. A planner will provide you with arrangements which have been checked through, co-ordinate suppliers and keep you updated with all the details. Moreover, The Peacock Events will overlook all standard procedures and design the event of your dreams!
We would suggest at least 3 months prior to the event for a party or baptism and a year to six months for a wedding.
The actual cost of an event can only be calculated after a consultation with you and by giving us the type of event you have in mind, format, numbers, location, timeframe, objectives and of course your budget.
We think that booking an appointment with us is very important. During this consultation, we get to meet in person, try to eliminate the what if's and dont's you have in mind and find out what will make you happy and excited on your event day! We will also be able to make a mood board of what would you want your event to look like! Providing any more information about estimated costs and planning ideas can be misleading at this point for both parties, so we try to avoid it.
We accept cash or bank deposits, on Euro currency only.

We have a whole team of event planners, event designers, and event managers to meet your every need. They handle all the planning and arrangements. On the day of your event, they will be on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly so that you can focus on having a good time with your guests.

It includes choosing the right décor, with elements like centerpieces, tables, chairs, staging, linens, lounge furniture, and china. Great event design helps your event stand out and leaves a lasting impression with everyone who attends.
We welcome your involvement in every step of the process when it comes to making your event come to life. If you want to oversee the logistics on the day of the event, we will still provide an event manager to assist you. However, we suggest that you take the opportunity to tend to your guests and let us worry about the logistics.
We will absolutely work with your choice of vendors, however we have a great team of preferred vendors that we work with should you need any referrals.
